No Electricity

I haven't had electricity since yesterday at 12:35 pm. The picture aboves shows five electical poles that were broken in half by the wind. On top of that we got some snow so we were freezing cold. They don't expect to have electicity to our house until this evening.

Luckily, my inlaws have a cabin about 15 minutes from our home so we are now at their cabin. I now have electricity. This is my reason for no post, sorry.

This experience showed me that we need to have an emergency kit together. The kids were going nuts without tv and lights last night. Well, we are in a nice warm place now and hope to be back in our own home this evening. I am working on getting caught up on my post.
