I just got denied doing the yoplait yo plus deal at my local Stater Bros. The checker called the manager who told her over the phone that I was using too many coupons as the coupon states one coupon per purchase per product. I plan to call customer service this afternoon as I thought the stater bros in ad coupon could be used with manufacturers coupons. I had one manufacturer coupon per yogurt (4 total) and then the stater coupon.
That's weird. Let me know what happens after you speak with customer service. I have never had a problem before.
Here is what customer service said:
If the coupon states "No other coupon may be used with this coupon" then you cannot use it with a Stater Bros in ad coupon. I told her that the ones from the 1/3 smart source did say that but the IP's did not. Now I just looked at the the IP's and realized it does also have that statement written on then, it is down by the barcode , not where I would have thought it would be. So, I cannot use either kind on this deal.
Thank you so much for this information. I guess this will be the new thing that manufacturers do on the Q's. I'll have to take a better look at my Q's now :)
